Spicy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Cooking Spray
Directions
- Remove any excess skin and fat from the chicken.
- Place salsa in a bowl and add chicken to it. Turn chicken to coat completely. Put the bowl in a refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Place chicken on a hot grill or under a broiler and cook until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
