Spicy Grilled Chicken
Servings
4, 1/2 chicken breast each
Instructions
  1. Remove any excess skin and fat from the chicken.
  2. Place salsa in a bowl and add chicken to it. Turn chicken to coat completely. Put the bowl in a refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Place chicken on a hot grill or under a broiler and cook until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.

Serve over brown rice.
