Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef, stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup all purpose-flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups reduced sodium beef stock
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped finely about 1 large clove
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced peeled or unpeeled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
Directions
- Place meat in slow cooker.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, and pour over meat; stir to coat.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
- Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
