Pork Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean pork, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 7 cups water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions
- In a small pot over medium high heat, fry pork until it begins to brown. Add cabbage and cook another 2 minutes.
- Add bouillon, water and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
Recipe Tips
You can add chopped vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery along with the broth.
