Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan. Combine turkey, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pat turkey into pan.
- Bake until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds, about 25 minutes.
- Top baked turkey with spaghetti sauce, cheese and vegetables. Return to oven and heat until the cheese is melted.
