Pasta With Turkey and Peas

Ingredients
- 3 cups macaroni, dry
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 ounces turkey, roasted, chopped
- 1 14.5-ounce can peas, low sodium, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well.
- In a medium-size skillet, cook onion in the oil over medium high heat until soft.
- Add turkey and peas and cook until hot, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Toss turkey and peas with cooked macaroni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Recipe Tips
Use chicken in place of turkey.
