Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 4-ounce tilapia fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, add egg, salt, and pepper and beat together.
- Dip fish fillets in the egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Melt butter in a shallow 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Arrange fish fillets in the pan, turning to coat with melted butter.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve topped with lime or lemon slices (optional).
