Ingredients
- 2 4-ounce pork chops, center cut, boneless
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 orange, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease casserole dish.
- In a medium nonstick skillet, brown pork chops, about 4 minutes each side.
- Place meat and sweet potato slices in a baking dish and top with orange slices; sprinkle with seasonings if desired.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour or until pork is done.
