Orange Pork Chops

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease casserole dish.
  2. In a medium nonstick skillet, brown pork chops, about 4 minutes each side.
  3. Place meat and sweet potato slices in a baking dish and top with orange slices; sprinkle with seasonings if desired.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until pork is done.
Recipe Notes

Ensure pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
