				Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
 - 1 14.5-ounce can green beans, low sodium, drained
 - nonstick cooking spray
 
Directions
- Coat a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.
 - Cook onion and garlic until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
 - Add green beans and heat thoroughly, about 3-5 minutes.

Add 8 ounces sliced mushrooms with the onions for addition vegetables.
