Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 each jalapeno pepper, minced, seeds removed for less heat
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or store salsa in refrigerator for up to three days in a covered plastic or glass container.
