Creamy Chocolate Banana Smoothie
This tasty chocolate dessert smoothie features prunes which help with regularity.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup low fat chocolate milk, divided
- 1/3 cup pitted prunes
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
Directions
- Pour 1 cup of chocolate milk into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
- Combine prunes, banana, and remaining 3/4 cup chocolate milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubs and blend again until smooth.
- Divide into 2 cups and enjoy!
Recipe Tips
Instead of making chocolate ice cubes, you can substitute one cup of ice cubes for one cup of chocolate milk.
