Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 4 patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- On a lightly greased broiling pan, cook patties about 6 inches below heat source, 3-4 minutes per side, or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
