  1. In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into 4 patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. On a lightly greased broiling pan, cook patties about 6 inches below heat source, 3-4 minutes per side, or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
