Asparagus Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 cup asparagus, washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken, cooked, cubed
Directions
- Cook asparagus in a small amount of water, 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drain and cool.
- Stir together the next 4 ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and asparagus. Toss well.
