Anna's Salmon Cakes
Canned salmon is an affordable option to get healthy fats into your diet, but it can be challenging to know how to make it taste good. This recipe is a great way to use your canned salmon and packs 14g of protein into each cake!

Ingredients
- 1 7-ounce can salmon, drained
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, plain
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dill, dried
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Coat a medium pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
- Cook the cakes for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
