Sweet and Spicy Broccoli and Carrots

				Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 pkg shredded carrots 10 oz
- 1/4 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Heat a large pot of water to a boil on high. Season with salt. Add the broccoli and cook 4 min.
- Add the carrots to the same pot and cook 2 min., until broccoli and carrots are tender. Drain well.
- Toss with the chili sauce and soy sauce.
