Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni, uncooked (or other pasta)
- 1 6-ounce can tuna, water-pack, drained
- 4 large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine macaroni, tuna, eggs, celery, and carrots in a large bowl.
- Stir together mayonnaise, onion, and pepper.
- Spoon dressing over salad; toss until evenly combined.
- Chill until ready to serve.
