Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine macaroni, tuna, eggs, celery, and carrots in a large bowl.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, onion, and pepper.

  5. Chill until ready to serve.
