Salmon Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1- 26 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked salmon (canned or fresh)
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1- 8 ounce can corn
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large stock pot, add oil over medium-low heat and cook onions until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add potatoes. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Add red chile powder, salmon, corn and low fat milk.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes longer and serve.
