Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a large stock pot, add oil over medium-low heat and cook onions until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and add potatoes. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender
  4. Add red chile powder, salmon, corn and low fat milk.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes longer and serve.
