Ingredients
- 1/2 head red cabbage, thickly sliced
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 2 stalks broccoli, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 15-ounce cans beans, kidney
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese, low-fat, shredded
- 1/4 cup salad dressing, non-fat
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except dressing.
- Add salad dressing and toss together lightly just before serving.
