Grilled or Broiled Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, skinless, boneless
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Place chicken in a shallow dish. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
- Turn chicken to cover in marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning the chicken at least once.
- Grill or broil chicken the next day until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Tips
Extra marinade should be discarded since it came in contact with raw chicken.
