Gon Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 12 ounces chicken, canned, drained
- 2 9-ounce packages onions, celery and carrots
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons water
- 2 10-ounce packages chow mein noodles
Directions
- Add chicken to a medium-hot skillet. Add onion, carrot and celery mix and stir well.
- In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce and water. Pour over chicken mixture. Mix well.
- Add noodles and mix well.
- Cook until tender.
Recipe Tips
Instead of the vegetable mix, use 2 diced carrots, 1 diced onion and 2 stalks of diced celery.
