Fruit Flavored Gelatin
Gelatin is a good source of protein. Try this recipe for a fun spin on classic jello.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cold fruit juice
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup heated orange juice
Directions
- Measure 1/4 cup of the cold juice into a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle gelatin on top of the fruit juice.
- Heat 1 cup of orange juice and add to the gelatin mixture.
- Add remaining cold juice and stir until dissolved.
- Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
