Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat ½ tablespoon of the oil in a frying pan. Cook the eggs in the pan, breaking them into small pieces with a fork. Place in a clean bowl for later use.
  2. Cook onions and celery in 1/2 tablespoon of hot oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice, the scrambled egg pieces and soy sauce. Mix well. Cook over a low flame until rice is heated through.

Recipe Tips

You can also add diced ham, cooked chicken, tofu, or cooked shrimp to this recipe.
