Country Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds 90% lean ground beef
- 1 15-ounce can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables
- 6 cups hot cooked rice
- 3/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- In a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add beef and cook until browned. Drain fat.
- Blend in tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and vegetables.
- Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are heated through.
- Serve 3/4 cup of meat mixture over 3/4 cup of rice, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Recipe Tips
You can use ground turkey or chicken in place of ground beef.
