Instructions
  1. In a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add beef and cook until browned. Drain fat.
  2. Blend in tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and vegetables.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are heated through.
  4. Serve 3/4 cup of meat mixture over 3/4 cup of rice, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Recipe Notes

You can use ground turkey or chicken in place of ground beef.
