Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 cup red seedless grape
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked chicken)
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Thinly slice the celery and halve the grapes. Core and thinly slice the apple. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Toss celery, grapes, apple, chicken, and parsley with the mayonnaise. Top with walnuts.
