Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
- Place cubes in a bowl and add milk, toss until pieces are coated.
- In a plastic bag, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, paprika and pepper. Shake well to combine.
- Place half the chicken pieces into the bag; shake to coat them well.
- Arrange chicken on a microwave safe plate, and cook on high power for 5-7 minutes. Insert a thermometer and serve when the chicken reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
- Allow pieces to rest for 1 minute.
- Repeat breading and cooking instructions with the remaining chicken.
Recipe Tips
