Black Bean Summer Salad
63/4 cup each
  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour the vinegar and oil mixture over the first bowl and toss gently.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
Recipe Notes

You can substitute two tablespoons of a prepared salad dressing such as Italian dressing for the vinegar, oil, and spices.
