Directions

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add eggs into boiling water and cook for 6 minutes (for a soft boil).
  3. After 6 minutes, immediately submerge eggs in cold water and let them sit for 10 minutes to cool.
  4. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, ginger, and water in a small bowl and mix.
  5. Add eggs into mixture and let them marinate for at least 2 hours. The eggs can be marinated for up to 3 days.
  6. Serve eggs with a bowl of rice or ramen.
