Ingredients
- 6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)
- 1 cup non fat yogurt plain
- 1.5 cups bread crumbs (or crushed cereal)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Put yogurt in one bowl and cereal in another. Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
- Coat chicken with yogurt. Roll in breadcrumbs or crushed cereal. Place chicken on baking sheets
- Bake 1 hour, turning chicken pieces after first 30 minutes or when chicken browns.
- Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
