Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Put yogurt in one bowl and cereal in another. Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Coat chicken with yogurt. Roll in breadcrumbs or crushed cereal. Place chicken on baking sheets
  3. Bake 1 hour, turning chicken pieces after first 30 minutes or when chicken browns.
  4. Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
