Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons low fat cream cheese
- 4 6-inch whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce
Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Add the vegetables, roll tight, and cut each wrap in half.

You can use hummus in place of cream cheese for these veggie wraps.
