Turkey and Rice Bowls

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add turkey and cook 3 minutes.
  2. Add onion, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic and cook another 5-7 minutes until turkey cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, hot sauce, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Drain fat from skillet and return skillet to heat. Add vinegar mixture and cook until turkey coated, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve turkey mixture over brown rice.
Recipe Notes

Serve with steamed broccoli and/or carrots.

Use any ground meat- chicken, beef, or pork.
