Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 pkg frozen peas thawed, 16 oz
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz
- 1 1/2 cups Ranch dressing
Directions
- Boil the eggs for 10 min., and rinse under cool running water.
- Shred lettuce, and place in large bowl.
- Peel and slice the eggs, and layer on top of lettuce.
- Top with peas and cheese. Pour ranch dressing over salad. Toss right before serving.
