Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large stock pot. Bring to boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes until heated through.
  3. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes

Use leftover chicken from another recipe, or rotisserie chicken in place of canned chicken.

Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and/or crushed tortilla chips.

Serve over rice.
