Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Wash, peel, and quarter potatoes.
- Place potatoes into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
- Cook 18-20 minutes or until tender and drain.
- Add milk, margarine and salt to potatoes.
- Mash potatoes together until desired consistency.
