Directions

  1. Wash, peel, and quarter potatoes.
  2. Place potatoes into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook 18-20 minutes or until tender and drain.
  4. Add milk, margarine and salt to potatoes.
  5. Mash potatoes together until desired consistency.
