Oven Roasted Asparagus
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, tossing to coat. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese over asparagus. Tossing to coat again.
  3. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until tender, depending on thickness of asparagus. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Roasted asparagus is an excellent veggie side dish for chicken or fish.

Cut into pieces and toss into salads, with pasta, or scrambled eggs!
