Apple Cranberry Salad
This salad features walnuts which are a good source of healthy fats.

Ingredients
- 2 large heads lettuce, chopped (about 10 cups)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried no sugar added cranberries
- 1/2 cup green onions (scallions), diced
- 2 medium apples, cored, sliced
- 3/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
Directions
- Toss all ingredients except dressing together in a large bowl.
- Top with dressing and toss to coat. Serve.
