Instructions
  1. Lay grated potatoes between 2 pieces of paper towel and press as much moisture out as possible.
  2. Mix potatoes and eggs in a bowl.
  3. Mix flour and salt together and then blend this into the potato mixture.
  4. Heat oil in skillet and add flattened spoonfuls of the potato mixture.
  5. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
  6. Serve!
