Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray 12 regular-sized muffin cups with cooking spray.
  3. Mix cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  4. Add banana, milk, oil, and egg.
  5. Stir until moistened.
  6. Evenly pour the batter into the twelve muffin cups. 
  7. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown or until a knife inserted into the center of one comes out clean.
Recipe Notes

Try sprinkling the muffins with walnuts or pecans before baking.
