Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place fish on a baking sheet, top with onion slices.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice and oil evenly over fish.
  4. Sprinkle lemon pepper, parsley, and dust with paprika (optional).
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Use any white fish on hand, fresh or frozen (thawed).
