Tasty Low-Fat Cream Soup
21 cup each
  1. Put the celery and onion in a saucepan. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth.
  2. Cook over medium heat. Let the broth simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the dry milk, flour, and pepper. Add them into the 1 cup of chicken broth that hasn’t been cooked yet. Beat till smooth.
  4. Add this mix to the celery, onion, and broth.
  5. Cook over medium heat till the soup thickens, about 6-10 minutes. If desired, sprinkle herbs on top. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Add a drained can of chicken, salmon, ham or tuna in step 5 for extra protein.

Make this vegetarian by using vegetable broth in place of chicken broth.
