Instructions
  1. Brown the ground meat, onion, and garlic in a skillet or heavy saucepan over medium high heat, about 8 minutes. Drain off any grease.
  2. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and uncooked pasta.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add the vegetables, stir and continue cooking until the pasta and vegetables are tender (about 5 more minutes).
Recipe Notes

Use any type of ground meat in place of ground turkey, such as ground beef, chicken, or pork.
