Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler. Grease broiler pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well. Set in the refrigerator for flavors to combine.
  3. Arrange fish, skin side down, on broiler pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Broil fish for 7 minutes, or until flakes easily with fork.
  5. Serve fish over rice topped with the dill sauce and broccoli.
Recipe Notes

Use any vegetables desired, such as peppers, onions, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, and/or asparagus.

Use any type of grain to serve over, such as rice, farro, or barley.

Stays in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
