Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet, add garlic and scallions and saute until slightly wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Cover the pan, and cook over low heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Recipe Notes

You can use 1/2 cup chopped onion in place of scallions.
