Pork and Pasta with Green Beans

Instructions
  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  3. In the same pan, add the green beans, celery and onion. Cook until just softening, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, water, and return the pork to the pan. Cook about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta and toss to combine. Continue cooking until pasta is heated through, about 2 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Use any type of pasta on hand.

Add 4 carrots, sliced thinly, and a bell pepper for added fiber.

Use any type of meat, such as chicken or turkey, in place of pork.
