Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat canola oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onions, celery and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, cranberries, spinach, worcestershire sauce, peppers, brown rice, and sauteed vegetables. Mix well.
  4. Shape into 6 patties and place on lined baking sheet. Cook 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve on wheat roll.
Recipe Notes

Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustard.

Ensure patties reach internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Serve with salad and steamed vegetable.
